Effective date: 14 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Way Alpha Traders Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC893744, registered office 3 Scylla Drive, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, AB12 3EG), "we" or "us". By creating an account you agree to them.
Please read §2.6 and §2.7 carefully. They limit what we are responsible for.
NASST is provided to businesses, for business purposes. By creating an account you confirm that you are:
account in good standing**
NASST does not work without an Amazon seller account. Every substantive feature reads data from Amazon's Selling Partner API using your own authorisation. If you do not have a seller account, or Amazon suspends it, NASST will not be able to show you anything. We cannot provide a substitute, and this is not a fault we can fix.
Amazon does not grant a seller account to a person under 18, so the service is used only by adults acting for a business.
Because NASST is supplied for business purposes, UK consumer legislation (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) does not apply to your use of it.
You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor codes secret, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at info@nasst.co.uk if you think someone else has access — we can end every session on your account straight away.
Do not share your account. Each account is for one business.
We may suspend an account we reasonably believe has been compromised, is being used in breach of these terms, or is putting Amazon's API access at risk. Where it is practical and does not make the problem worse, we will tell you first.
To use NASST you authorise it to access your Amazon Selling Partner account. When you do:
to the features described in §2.4
Central. Withdrawing it stops the service working
You remain bound by your own agreements with Amazon. Nothing in these terms changes them, and if they conflict, your agreement with Amazon governs your relationship with Amazon.
We are an independent provider. NASST is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. "Amazon" and related marks belong to Amazon.
Subject to these terms we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use NASST for your own business while your subscription is current.
NASST provides: product and catalogue lookup; competing offer and price information; Amazon fee estimates and profit calculations; listing eligibility checks; your own inventory and inbound shipment information; and Buy Box tracking with a rolling history.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something significant we will give you reasonable notice, and if you have paid in advance for a period that a removal materially devalues, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund under document 8.
The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy (document 3), which forms part of these terms. In particular you must not:
customers
Protection Policy
Breaching Amazon's policies through NASST can cost us our API access, which would end the service for every customer. We take it seriously and will suspend accounts for it.
This section matters more than any other. Please read it.
NASST presents profit calculations, fee estimates, sales-rank figures, competing prices and eligibility checks. These are estimates and indications, and you must treat them as a starting point for your own judgement rather than as facts to act on.
They can be wrong, for reasons partly outside our control:
fees are settled by Amazon when a sale completes
retrieved, not necessarily now
change a restriction, and approval to list is Amazon's decision, never ours
materially inaccurate for slow-moving or newly listed products
rather than a precise measurement
We do not guarantee that you will make a profit, and we are not responsible for buying decisions you make. The decision to buy stock is yours.
NASST is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and we are not authorised to give any of those. If a decision matters, take proper advice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that:
2.7.1 We provide NASST with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it shows will be accurate or complete. Amazon's API is outside our control and its availability, accuracy and rate limits are set by Amazon.
2.7.2 The same applies to the other sources NASST draws on. Keepa supplies price and rank history; SerpApi, if you choose to connect your own account, supplies retailer prices. Neither is under our control; each sets its own availability and rate limits, and each disclaims the accuracy of what it returns. Retailer prices and any discount codes shown are what those sources reported when asked, not an offer, and not checked by us.
2.7.3 We are not liable for:
SerpApi's
Amazon, including one that has changed, expired or was never available to you
2.7.4 Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and (b) £100.
2.7.5 These limits are agreed to be reasonable given the price of the service and the fact that the commercial decisions NASST informs are entirely yours. If you need cover beyond them, you should insure it.
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from: your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; your breach of your agreements with Amazon; or your use of NASST in a way that causes Amazon to restrict or withdraw our API access.
NASST costs £7 per month, billed monthly in advance, after a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial; nothing is charged during it, and cancelling before it ends means you are never charged. The trial begins when you connect your Amazon account, not when you create your NASST account.
Full pricing, billing and refund terms are in our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Fees are exclusive of VAT, which we will add where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; if you do not accept a change you may cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds and cancellation are covered in document 8.
NASST, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and stays ours. These terms grant a right to use it, not any ownership.
Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of your Amazon business data or anything you enter. We use it only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
You may use output from NASST in your own business freely, including reports and figures it produces.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. You can delete your account at any time.
We may end this agreement:
Amazon API access, or if you become insolvent
If we terminate without cause under the first bullet, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
When it ends: your access stops, your stored Amazon token is deleted, and your data is deleted on the schedule in document 7. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
If Amazon withdraws our access to the Selling Partner API, we may have to stop the service at short notice. We will refund any unused prepaid period. Beyond that refund we are not liable for the consequences — see §2.7.
We may update these terms. For any change that materially affects your rights we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use NASST after that means you accept the change.
2.13.1 These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement, are the whole agreement between us.
2.13.2 You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the business.
2.13.3 If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
2.13.4 Delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
2.13.5 No third party has any right to enforce these terms. No provision of these terms is intended to confer a third-party right under the Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Act 2017.
2.13.6 These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
2.13.7 Before starting proceedings, please contact us at info@nasst.co.uk. Most disputes are cheaper to resolve by talking.
