8. Pricing, Refunds and Cancellation

Effective date: 14 September 2026

Amazon's website guidelines require pricing to be clearly displayed, including any paid add-ons. This document covers pricing, cancellation and refunds.

8.1 Pricing

PlanPriceBilling periodIncludes
NASST£7 per monthMonthly, in advanceEvery feature. No usage tiers, no seat limits, no paid add-ons

14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends means you are never charged at all.

The trial begins when you connect your Amazon account, not when you create your NASST account. NASST shows you nothing until it is connected, so starting the clock at sign-up would spend your trial on days you could not use it.

There is one plan and one price. If we ever add a paid add-on it will be listed in this table before it is sold.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where it applies.

8.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. We take payment on the renewal date using your stored payment method.

Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers. We store only what is needed to identify your subscription — never a card number.

If a payment fails we will retry and email you. If it has not succeeded after 7 days we may suspend the account. Your data is kept during suspension and restored when payment succeeds.

8.3 Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Go to Billing in your account: that opens our payment provider's secure portal, where the cancellation is made and confirmed. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf from inside NASST — the instruction has to reach the provider, and only they can act on it.

If you cannot reach the portal, email info@nasst.co.uk and we will help.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep access until then. We do not pro-rate a mid-period cancellation, except in the cases in §8.4.

Export anything you want to keep before access ends.

8.4 Refunds

8.4.1 Free trial. The 14-day trial is free and requires a card. Cancel at any point before it ends and nothing is charged. If you cancel after the first payment is taken, §8.3 applies — you keep access to the end of the paid month.

8.4.2 Change of mind. NASST is sold to businesses, so the statutory 14-day cancellation right for consumers does not apply. As a matter of policy, if you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and have not made substantial use of the service, we will refund in full. Ask at info@nasst.co.uk.

8.4.3 If we terminate without cause. We refund the unused part of the current period.

8.4.4 If we remove a significant feature. You may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of the period.

8.4.5 If Amazon withdraws our API access. If we have to stop the service, we refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Beyond that refund we are not liable — see §2.7 of the Terms.

8.4.6 Extended outage. If NASST is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours through our fault, tell us and we will credit the affected period. Time when Amazon's own API is down is not counted, because it is outside our control.

8.4.7 What we do not refund. We do not refund because a profit estimate, fee calculation, rank figure or eligibility check turned out to be wrong, or because a purchase did not turn a profit. NASST provides estimates to inform your judgement, and the buying decision is yours — see §2.6 of the Terms.

8.5 How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within 14 days of us agreeing one.

8.6 Price changes

We give 30 days' notice by email before any price change. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.

8.7 Disputes

Please contact info@nasst.co.uk before raising a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months; an email usually settles it the same week.
